La Herradura is situated by the sea between Nerja and Almuñécar on the Costa Tropical of Spain’s Granada Province, about an hours drive east from Malaga airport. This fishing village/small resort is quiet for most of the year, becoming livelier in summer. It is very popular with Spanish holidaymakers.

This second floor apartment sleeps 5 people plus one "Z" bed and has: -

• luxury fitted kitchen equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, electric ceramic hob and oven, etc.
• utility area with automatic washing machine.
• bathroom 1 with bath/shower, basin, WC and bidet
• bathroom 2 with shower cubicle, basin and WC
• 1 double bedded room with fitted wardrobe and ceiling mounted fan
• 1 twin bedded room with wardrobe and ceiling mounted fan
• 1 single bedded room with wardrobe
• a "Z" bed is available by arrangement
• large L-shaped lounge including a 2- and a 3-seater settee, dining area, CD/radio, TV (satellite "Free to View"), and patio doors leading to
• south facing sun terrace with table and chairs, looking down La Herradura’s main street to the sea
• bath towels and linen provided.

There are 67 apartments in the recently built complex, with lifts to all floors. A swimming pool with terrace area is open from 10.00 to 20.00 between Easter and October. The complex is located in a cul-de-sac on the edge of the main village area, with a supermarket, bar and restaurant within 100 metres. The beach is located between 200 and 300 metres away, approximately 10 minutes walk.
