Prices include apartment changeover cleaning and weekly linen changes. Special rates are available for daily or long stays. A welcome pack of essential items (e.g. bread, milk, tea, coffee, water) is available on request (additional charge).
A refundable security deposit of €200 is payable locally.
Change over days are by arrangement. If there is another guest arriving the same day then you will be requested to vacate the apartment by 11.00 am, similarly if a guest is leaving then you will be unable to gain access before 16.00 pm.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required when returning the booking form.
The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.
